Our passion is growing great food and we love to see local chefs preparing and serving our naturally raised meats. We grow our animals slowly on grass for deeper, richer flavored meat and poultry. We harvest animals as needed, so our meat and poultry is always fresh, not left sitting in a freezer for months.
We can also grow to order for your resturant. Some chefs want a 3 lb chicken and some want a 5 lb chicken. We can provide pigs from 30 lbs to 250 lbs. We can grow standard or hertitage poultry for you. Tell us what your needs are and we will work with you to grow the products that you want.

We try to keep our prices reasonable for our chefs while still providing us with a living wage so that we can continue to farm and grow good food. Remember our products are different, so our prices are different. A chicken or pig slow grown on grass is not the same product as 5,000 medicated chickens or pigs grown in a building or on concrete.
Promotion-We believe in promoting chefs and resturants who use local food and support our local farmers. We will use all of our resources-web site, Facebook, Twitter, advertising, and printed materials-to continually remind people of the chefs and restuarants who are serving our fresh farm products.
